Chaar Sahibzaade: Rise of Banda Singh Bahadur Movie Review:

You have definitely seen the warriors of the Mahabharata & Ramayana and even the lead characters from two of these epics have got so much attention on the television at prime time. But at the same time, the stories related to the Sikh mythology have rarely been put on the big screen.

The movie “Chaar Sahibzaade: Rise of Banda Singh Bahadur” is the sequel to the movie Chaar Sahibzaade released on the year 2014 & it nearly shifts the focus from Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s four sons to the disciple which is going to put forward his legacy.

It’s an animated picture based on the historical background and takes off from the prequel “Chaar Sahibzaade”, released in 2004 and the movie is truly holistic by itself.

Almost 350 years ago in the history, the movie actually depicts the lives of four sons of Shri Guru Gobind Singh namely Ajit Singh, Zorawar Singh, Jujhar Singh, Fateh Singh and later on it shows the epic tale of the greatest warrior of the Sikh history Shri Banda Singh Bahadur.

With the transformation of the Madho Das, the rise of the Banda Bahadur Begins, this shows the conversion of ascetic into a pure military commander. It is believed that, Shri Guru Gobind Singh who was the 10th Sikh guru met Banda Bahadur on the banks of the river Godavari near Nanded (Maharashtra) & inspired Banda Bahadur to be an in charge of Sikh Army against the Muslim rulers of the Delhi Sultanate.

Both designs, as well as the animation of the movie together with the glorious 3D effects, are worth mentioning here and each frame is impressive & attractive at the same time.

This movie of 134 minutes runtime may looks length by at certain points there are thrilling scenes that can take your enjoyment to the next level.
