She is a big supporter of many charitable organizations like the World Food Programme, Feeding America, and the Thirst Project. She is also contributing to organizations such as RepresentUs, which pass anti-corruption laws in the United States. She was also associated with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in 2011.
