Alludu Adhurs Movie Review:

Film Industry is overloaded with love stories where the hero falls in love with gangster’s daughter or sister and then fight for his love. This has been a very old plot and it does not entertain audience anymore. Despite such facts, still some of the directors dare to take such storyline for a film and in the movie Alludu Adhurs, the director Santosh Srinivas has done the same.

The story is about a schoolboy called Sai Sreenivas, the role of which is played by Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas who falls in love when he was in class IX with classmate Vasundhara, the role of which is played by Anu Emmanuel. But she has a different concept with love and she does not respond to him. With this incident, he developed a kind of hatred for women and decides to never fall in love with women. How the situation changes and he fall in love with a gangster’s daughter and fight for love.

Talking about the work front, the lead actor Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas can be seen most energetic in the second half of the movie. Sonu Sood at this stage seems to be enjoying a great position and he has done justice with his role. His comic scenes in the latter part of the movie will make audiences laugh. Actress Nabha Natesh and Anu Emmanuel were ok at their performance as there was not much for them to be explored at their performance. The music of the movie has however saved it and has done up to the mark.

In a nutshell, it can be said that Director Santhosh Srinivas has put his efforts to keep the audience engaging through an average storyline by placing some strong actors such as Sonu Sood and Prakash Raj. But it seems it is a half baked and does not match up anyway when compared to other hit movies like Kandireega.
