Raman Raghav 2.0

The movie is yet another horror and serial killer themed movie from the house of Anurag Kashyap. The story is all about a serial killer Ramanna, the role of which is played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui and the cop Raghuvendra Singh Ubbi, which is played by Vicky Kaushal. 

Raman is psychopath killer who threatened the whole Mumbai in 1960. During the movie, he is looking for a soul and finds the same in Raghav who become his other half. Raghav is the cop who is inspecting the murders that are committed by him. Ultimately it depicts a cat and mouse game between the two.

Anurag Kashyap has taken the movie from the sets of dull corners of slums. Most of the victims of the killer are found from the said area like an unfortunate housemaid, his own sister and a person who badly treated him when he was a kid. On the other hand, Raghav is also seen juggling through personal life, where he is being blamed for abortions by his girlfriend number of times.

Nawaz is known for his strong roles and this time also he carries that style. He has done justice with the perfect performance. He has played well as a cold-hearted person who says he has wireless access to God; he is a messenger of Yamraj and is supposed to kill and pick people. 

Vicky Kaushal on the other hand in no way seems to be a new actor as he does the best to match up with a strong character of Nawaz. Shobhita Dhulipala although was seen in limited screen still managed to do her best. Overall it can be said that the movie kept the audiences to stick with it.
