1920 actor Rajneesh Duggal before entering the silver screen was a successful model. Rajneesh had already spread his charm not only Bollywood, but is also known for his roles on the small screen. Rajneesh has had a great experience working on television, be it winning Khatron Ke Khiladi 5 or performing the character of Varundev in the show Aarambh: Kahaani Devsena Ki. The Dangerous Ishq actor on talking about Casting couch issue says he never experienced such issue so far and says it matter of one’s personal choice for an individual.

He feels that young female aspirants from small towns get lured with film roles where actually is happens this non-sense. At the same time, he feels over the years the industry has streamlined the casting process in a more professional way. He feels no one can really force you to get into the trap but there will be some small time people somewhere misleading one’s desperation for film chances and few go blind over it. Rajneesh Duggal also added some good Casting directors like Honey Trehan, Mukesh Chhabra and Shanoo Sharma are doing well”.

He says “It is quite easy to reach casting directors these days, and at least reaching out to their offices. On asked about nepotism in Bollywood, Rajneesh commits, “At the end of the day, the person will be known for his or her work, so there is no harm in giving a chance to your son/ daughter in Bollywood. Actor Rajneesh Duggal, who made his way from the world of modelling to Bollywood will be soon seen judging the second season of Bollywood Mr and Miss India 2018 along with Arbaaz Khan and Sana Khan. Rajneesh said as for Bollywood Mr.and Miss India 2018, is a good platform for models, as the winners get a chance to enter the film industry.

Soon he will be seen in movies like Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle and Mushkil.  He advises young aspirants if your work is good, the audience will definitely whistle and appreciate it and if not they won’t. So, work hard. He also says, work with a full heart doesn’t do anything half-heartedly. “Be focused; nothing comes easy, so keep working hard. One day your hard work will pay off.”
