KGF Chapter 2 breaks records and become bigger success than KGF Chapter 1

KGF Chapter 2 carries on hitting box office and saves place in top 10 fourth week highest earning movies.

One more gem has been embedded in the crown of Kannad Cinema with box office super duper hit ‘KGF Chapter  2’. The movie has performed far better than yet superhit KGF Chapter 1 and gave huge business to the producer and director. Superstar Yash starrer KGF Chapter 2 has secured its 3rd position in the top ten movies that earned good even after the fourth week of their release. 

The movie was released on silver screen on 14th April 2022 nationwide in 5 languages; Kannad, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi and did very well from the first day of its release. The blockbuster hit earned a business of Rs. 128 crore while it was produced with a budget of Rs. 100 crores only. It means the movie had already earned 28 percent profit on its release date only i.e. 14th April 2022. 

Based on a fictional coal mine area, Kolar Gold Field; the story of this movie revolves around an assassin who earns kingship of the goldfield with his power and daring character. He is passionate to earn lots of money and wants to become the ruler of the world. The story takes many interesting turns when various politicians even the prime minister of the country want to put him down. The prime minister believes that the lead is engaged in money laundering activities and asks him to surrender but he refuses. Then she releases a death warrant against him and he drowns in the ocean along with all the gold he had saved in his life. 

The direction of the movie is marvelous. Written and directed by Prashant Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur, this fantastic action drama movie has given new heights of success to sandalwood (Kannad film industry).

Now the teaser of KGF Chapter 3 is out. Let’s see whether the next chapter of KGF will also put new milestones in south Indian cinema or not.
