Do you Know! Hrithik Roshan buys a new apartment worth Rs 97.50 crore
War movie actor Hrithik is all set to fly to his new house on Juhu Versova Link Road.
A Greek God, super dancer and the handsome hunk of Bollywood, Hrithik Roshan has just bought an apartment on Juhu-Versova Link Road with the scenic views of Arabian Sea. He has bought two apartments on that building with his house on 14th, 15th, and 16th floors.
According to the reports, this handsome hunk of Bollywood has spent around 100 crore for the two apartments that are spread over three floors. It sounds unusual but yes, the star is planning to merge those three apartments into one & one of those apartments will be his penthouse.
Spread across almost 38000 sq ft of area, those apartments gives breathtaking views of Arabian Sea. The apartment is going to have the exclusive lift & it will open to the sky terrace. He will be having an access to 10 parking slots of that building.
The name of that lavish building is Mannat & the final deal was closed at an interesting price of 97.5 crore with a stamp duty of 1.95 crore for all those apartments.
However, he did two different registrations for the same with 67.50 crore for the first apartment spread over almost 27,534.85 square ft of area on 15th & 16th floors and the second one with 11,165 square ft of area at 30 crore on the 14th floor of the building.
The deal was finally closed a month ago but the payments were done by the “WAR” hero recently. Hrithik is now working on his next projects after he was last seen by the audience in ‘War’ movie with Tiger Shroff. Movie did remarkably excellent at box office and was the biggest hit of the year.
