The Fast and Furious 9 ready to steal your heart next year in April- 20, 2020

An American action film franchise, The Fast and the Furious is based on a series of illegal Street Racing. The series is distributed by universal pictures and was established in 2001. It came into limelight with the film title The Fast and the Furious. The franchise was then followed by 7 sequels and two short films, a television series, live shows and theme park attractions. The first film was released in 2001, then in 2009, then in 2016 and The Fate of the Furious was released in 2017 .Two final films are planned and are set to be released in 2020 and 2021.The Fast and the Furious has become Universals biggest franchise of all times.

Vin Diesel's latest 9th instalment of the franchise is definitely on the way. Originally it was about to release on July 26, 2019, The Fast and the Furious 9 has recently been pushed back a year, and now it will be released worldwide on April 20, 2020. It is not clear why the shift has been made but thankfully it was a minor shift and the audience will not have to wait for a long to see the next series.           

Vin Diesel wrote on Instagram, "I know there has been a lot of speculation as to why the Fast 9 release has been pushed but it will be unfair to say that it is anyone's fault." He gave the confirmation that Justin Lin will be returning to direct the next two films of Fast and Furious series. There is no confirmation as to who is returning to the franchise but we can assume that the fans will not miss the core cast of Vin Diesel ,Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Ludacris Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel ,Jason Statham, and Dwayne Johnson.

They are expected to be back to the franchise. Diesel added "We haven't been to Africa I can tell you that and we are long overdue" the next Fast and Furious film be released in April 2020, being asked about Dwayne Johnson's come back, the WWE star turned actor clarified that on his recent chat with Rolling Stone he said "he is not quite sure whether he will appear in the next series or not but right now his focus is on the spin off and he wants to make it as good as it can be." The movie is ready to steal your heart next year.

Universal is clearly hoping to replicate the previous results and give the film staying power through the summer season.
