Farhan Akhtar’s new upcoming movie Toofan, will give you reason to be a sports Fan

Farhan Akhtar is back again with a new sports inspired movie after Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, that came in the year 2013. Toofan is the next sports drama movie directed by Farhan along with Ritesh Sidhwani, P.S Bharathi, Rajiv Tandon and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra are the producers of the movie.
It is reported that 'Toofan', is based on a real-life story. Farhan Akhtar will be playing the role of a national level boxer in the movie. The other star cast includes Paresh Rawal, Isha Talwar, Mrunal Thakur. The movie is all set to hit the silver screen on October 2, 2020.
Recently Farhan Akhtar shared his first look from the movie at his social media account, where he is seen inside the boxing ring wearing boxing jersey and boxing gloves. With the release of the poster, fans are much excited to see him in the movie. Moreover, the release date of the movie was announced by the makers of the films.
The picture of versatile actor shows that he has undergone tough and continuous workout schedules. Earlier he shared a picture where he is seen sweating during heavyweights lifting and showing off his new physique. This will be the first time when the actor will step into the shoes of a boxer. This will be the second time when Farhan and director Rakeysh will be together after their first movie together Bhaag Milkha Bhaag that was based on the life of legendary ‘Milkha Singh’.
The Sky is pink was the last movie where Farhan was seen with Priyanka Chopra. The other stars were Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf. The movie was released in the month of October, last year.
