Brad Pitt reply back to Angelina Jolie’s for overseeing the custody case, says the delay will ‘Hurt’ Their Kids

The custody case of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s kids are getting different turns each and every week along with the divorce case of the most popular couples. Recently the 45 years actress Angelina Jolie filed a request to remove Judge John W. Ouderkirk to preside both the divorce and custody case of the actors. She alleged that the judge is having a conflicting relationship with Brad’s own attorney. As per the new court paper submitted Brad Pitt says that the delay will have a bad impact on their kids.

The actress such a sudden turn over judicial bias seems to be unpleasant and a bad faith. Brad attorney says her carelessness with regard to the procedural rules shows her intention to root out the legitimately conflicted judicial officers. But with this, the ultimate people who will suffer more are own children who suffer and get deprived of final resolution in these custody cases. Hence the attorney of Brad declares that Jolie’s motion shall be denied.

Brad’s attorney says the belated request of Jolie as a thinly veiled attempt which is still continuing to delay the long-pending custody case. The authorized paperwork shows that the actress never objected Ouderkirk’s participation in the case until she filed her objection recently. Her claim that his participation is disqualified is outrageous.

The courtroom paperwork of Brad says that both the exes will be again at the courtroom for the custody case in September. Both the actors were together for 12 years and Angelina filed for their separation in the year 2016. During this, the actor was also alleged for baby abuse, but he cleared later on.
