KGF: Chapter 2 satellite rights sold at a gigantic amount of Rs. 120 crores
Yash, Kannada actor whose real name is Naveen Kumar Gowda won International Recognition with KGF: Chapter 1. Now, the most-awaited sequel of the original movie, Blockbuster KGF: Chapter 2 is going to be released in the year 2020.
As per the latest updates, the satellite rights of KGF: Chapter 2 were sold like hot cake for Rs. 120 Crore. The deal includes the rights of all the versions i.e. Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil languages. However, there is no official announcement made by the makers of the movie till date.
Interestingly, thirty days of shoot is yet to be completed. But the makers of the most-awaited sequel have resumed the production activities amidst the Covid-19 pandemic as the government has approved the same.
In KGF: Chapter 2, Yash will be seen in a very rugged and intense look in the Lead Role. The Munna Bhai MBBS actor, Sanjay Dutt will be seen as the most antagonist character. In one of the interviews, Sanjay Dutt said "Adheera’s character is extremely powerful. Those who have seen Avengers could recognize Thanos. Therefore, Adheera is like him." Whereas, Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon will be seen playing another key role as Chief Minister Ramaika Sen.
Meanwhile, Srinidhi Shetty will be seen as the female lead role against Yash, in Prashanth Neel directorial. Malavika Avinash, Archana Jois, Balakrishna and Anant Nag can be seen in pivotal roles.
The makers of the Yash starrer movie are looking to release KGF: Chapter 2 worldwide on October 23, 2020. The fans of Yash and film audiences are eagerly waiting for the release date due to other surprising rumors that in the film's climax there will be a massive face-off between Yash and Sanjay Dutt.
